Leadership Advance is designed for professionals at every stage of their professional journey. The program helps organizations build a strong pipeline of future leaders while equipping participants with the skills and confidence needed to advance their careers.
Throughout the program, participants gain valuable insight into their leadership style, strengthen communication and leadership techniques, and develop strategies to successfully navigate new challenges within their organizations and the community.
The program is held at the Vegas Chamber, meets monthly over five months, and is offered twice annually.
